When is it?
The mentorship program is 9 months, starting at the end of January 2026 and finishing in October. My schedule is full so I don’t know when I’ll be able to open another round.
Who is it for?
Studio owners who want to create and systemise a unique preschool dance program.
When can I join?
Enrolments open 21st December 2025 – just a handful of places cos there’s only so much 1:1 support I can fit into my schedule.
What mode is it?
Online. We’ll arrange timezone-friendly call times before we begin. If you happen to be in Sydney I’m always up for F2F catch ups. If I’m travelling in your area, I’ll always let you know.
How much is it?
US $1097
Are there payment options?
Yes. You can pay upfront or in 9 x monthly instalments.
There’s no penalty or higher fee because you’re paying in instalments, because I think paying more for instalments is just plain silly and defeats the purpose of a flexible payment plan.

The intention of this program is providing flexible, adaptable content that you can tailor to your studio context.
While the course text (Leap ‘N Learn Syllabus for 3-4yr olds) focuses on ballet, general gross motor skills, and creative movement, I’ve used the syllabus to developed content for tap, hip hop, jazz, and acro, and can help you to do the same!
And to be honest, if you’re a drama or music studio owner who’s stumbled across this, it can work for you too! -
The content of the Leap ‘N Learn Syllabus is focused on 3-4 year olds, but if your studio’s early childhood dance program includes toddler classes and goes up to 5 or 6 year olds, you can work on those at the same time.

This is a hands-on program that requires you (or your teacher / program director) to do the work.
It’s intended as a 9-month program but it might take some people 6 months, and other people 12 months. It’s up to you, your circumstances, and work style.
The work is flexible and can be done when it suits you. We’ll arrange our 1:1 catch ups at a time that works for both of us.
I’ll give you tasks and projects to complete and submit to me for review. You’ll get personalised feedback and support from me.
I’ll be there alongside you every step of the way to keep you accountable so that this time next year you'll have a fully developed and systemised preschool program.

It’s a little of both. Everyone will work through the same stages, but because it’s so individualised, the time in each stage may vary.
As your mentor I’ll work with you to set a pace that works for you.
If you’re a bit of a self-starter with a clear vision and the ability to smash things out, you won’t have to wait for others in the group to catch up.
If you’re someone who prefers more time to think, process and create, I’ll give you the space you need and I’ll make sure that you don’t get left behind.
And if life throws you a curve ball, I’ve got you. I’ve just come out of 18 months of breast cancer treatment, so I know what it’s like to own a business and balance appointments, treatment, side-effects, emotions, and energy.

But you will get insights into some of the theories, methods and practices that make Leap ‘N Learn teachers the best in the business.

The full Leap ‘N Learn curriculum is exclusively available to licensed studio members.

No. This course is about developing a signature program with your own unique name and branding – and we’ll help you do that too!
Only Leap ‘N Learn licensed members have the option to promote their business as a Leap ‘N Learn studio (and many of them choose to use their own branding too!).

Dance teacher, studio owner, curriculum developer, with a PhD that explains what we teach in children’s dance classes and how we do it…
I’m Autistic and ADHD – it’s pretty easy to see that dance is my special interest area!
Solving dance teaching problems is my idea of a good time. I’d love to help you solve yours!
